Bu’ul is the Mayan word for bean. The use of garden-grown corn, beans and fruit inspire Chef Jorge Vallejo’s influence on Bu’ul’s menu, and Resident Executive Chef Luis Quiroz adds his unique interpretation to the restaurant experience.
