The corn, beans, and fruits from the garden are the inspiration for Chef Jorge Vallejo and the personal touch of Executive Chef Luis Quiroz, who brings his unique interpretation to the restaurant experience. Bu’ul serves the freshest, seasonal contemporary Mexican cuisine from central and southern Mexico, in a luxurious setting, paired with a spectacular winery.
