Chablé SPA provides a broad range of fitness programs and activities, to accommodate your existing exercise regimen or to assist you in creating a new one.

FITNESS CENTER

Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center, equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym equipment, caters to strength, stamina, and resilience. The SPA facilities are outfitted with steam rooms, vitality pools, separate men’s and women’s locker and dressing areas, and a variety of healthy snack options.

WELLBEING

Our instructors, skilled and experienced professionals in mindfulness and fitness, lead regularly scheduled group classes including yoga, strength training, Pilates, and meditation, among others.

Private training sessions are also available by appointment. The SPA Reception can provide the current Fitness and Mindfulness class schedule or assist in setting up a private training session.

Every day, Chablé offers a series of activities created to deal with different moods: introspection or socializing, gentleness or intensity, serenity or vibration.

Our experts will be happy to consult with you to understand your goals and collaboratively design a plan to help you achieve them during your stay at Chablé Maroma.
